Owner, operator and manager CarDon & Associates (Bloomington, Ind.) is planning an $8.6 million expansion at its Copper Trace senior living community in Westfield, Ind., according to the website insideindianabusiness.com.
The project will add 40 new units to its existing 36 units, including a mix of one- and two-bedroom options.
Also planned are new amenities including a renovated dining room, coffee bar, fitness room, and new lounge and activity area.
The project team will comprise interior design firm Studio Three Design (Fishers, Ind.) and general contractor Summit Construction (Indianapolis).
Completion is expected for this summer.
