Caraway Senior Living, a senior housing provider, in Austin, Texas, is planning on opening a new community in Pflugerville, Texas.
The Springs at Pflugerville Assisted Living and Memory Care will feature 32 units, including 16 for memory care patients and 16 for assisted living, with one-bedroom, suite, and studio options. The community is slated to open to residents in May.
Amenities will include a beauty salon, fitness room, indoor and outdoor courtyards, movie theater, library, parlor room, and private dining/meeting area.
