Nonprofit organization Calcasieu Council on Aging (Lake Charles, La.) and The Banyan Foundation (Santa Barbara, Calif.), a non-profit affordable housing developer, are planning to build Capstone at the Oaks Senior Living in Lake Charles, according to the website americanpress.com.
The 62+ affordable senior living community will house 120 units, including 66 one-bedroom units and 54 two-bedroom options.
The community is slated for completion in 2024.
