Capitol Seniors Housing Expands In New Jersey

A new three-story community will offer 86 assisted living units.

Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH; Washington, D.C.), a developer and provider of assisted living and memory care communities, is planning a new assisted living community in Scotch Plains, N.J., according to an article in TAPinto.net.

Situated on 4.3 acres, the three-story community will offer 86 units.

CSH recently opened Arbor Terrace Mountainside, an assisted living and memory care community in Mountainside, N.J., as well as other communities in Morris Plains, N.J., Norwood, N.J., Shrewsbury, N.J., and Mount Laurel, N.J. The company has plans for additional communities in New Jersey.
