Bushrod Investments (Baltimore) and Birchwood Capital Partners (Baltimore) are partnering to develop The Heights at Hunt Valley, a 31-acre senior living community in Hunt Valley, Md., according to citybiz.co.
The community will comprise 52 villa-style homes and a 158,000-square-foot assisted living facility. The 1- and 2-story villas will range in size from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet.
Community amenities will include a fire pit, outdoor grilling station, and walking trails.
Construction on the assisted living facility is expected to begin in 2026.
