Nonprofit Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community (West Columbia, S.C.) is planning the Brookland Commons 55+ senior living community in West Columbia, S.C., according to the website wltx.com.
The senior living community will be constructed on the site of the former Lexington School District Two building and will house 182 residential units and an on-site healthcare and fitness center.
The $55 million project is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
