Senior living provider Broadmead Inc. (Cockeysville, Md.) is planning to convert three commercial office buildings to independent senior living in Sparks, Md., according to thedailyrecord.com.
Pending approval by the Maryland Department of Aging, the Broadmead at Ridgebrook project would be the first off-campus expansion since Broadmead opened its main campus, on 94 acres in Cockeysville, in 1979. Plans for the new 221,000-square-foot community include 80 units, wellness spaces, and dining venues in the three interconnected buildings on roughly 60 acres.
