Broadmead Plans To Convert Three Office Buildings To Independent Senior Living In Sparks, Maryland

Senior living provider Broadmead Inc. (Cockeysville, Md.) is planning to convert three commercial office buildings to independent senior living in Sparks, Md., according to thedailyrecord.com.

The project, Broadmead at Ridgebrook, is the first off-campus expansion since Broadmead opened its main campus, on 94 acres in Cockeysville, in 1979. The new 221,000-square-foot community will house 80 units, wellness spaces, and dining venues in the three interconnected buildings on roughly 60 acres.

The project is pending approval by the Maryland Department of Aging.
