Brightview Senior Living (Baltimore) is poised to open Brightview Sayville, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in April, according to the website patch.com.
The 170-unit resort-style community in Sayville, N.Y., will include a movie theater, art studio, sewing room, card room, billiards, pub, fitness center, salon, and library.
Residents will also have access to outdoor courtyards, putting green, gardens, and walking trails.
Tritech Building Co. (East Setauket, N.Y.) served as construction manager for the project.
