Senior living owner and operator Brightview Senior Living (Baltimore) is planning an independent living and assisted living community on the grounds of Notre Dame of Maryland University (Baltimore).
Brightview has agreed to a long-term ground lease of 3.75-acres of property on which a former Knights of Columbus building stands, as well as adjacent property that the university now uses for overflow parking.
