Brightview Homeland Community Planned For Notre Dame Of Maryland University Campus In Baltimore

Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU; Baltimore) and Brightview Senior Living have started construction on the Brightview Homeland senior living community on the college campus, according to a news release.

The project marks the first senior living community to break ground on a college campus in Maryland, according to NDMU.

The community will be built on 3.7 acres of the campus and house 170 independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.

The development will replace a former Knights of Columbus property, which is being demolished.
