Developer Woda Cooper Companies (Columbus, Ohio) is set to begin construction on Bridlewood Crossing, an affordable senior living community in Louisville, Ky., according to wdrb.com.
The 55+ community will house 76 units, including 28 one-bedroom units and 48 two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a community room, computer library room, craft room, fitness room, and billiard room.
Construction is expected to be completed by late 2025.
