Developer Braemar Partners (Marietta, Ga.) and operator The Arbor Company (Atlanta) are planning Arbor Terrace Montgomery in Somerset County, N.J.
The community will include 27 assisted living units, 29 memory care units, and 24 units dedicated for dementia.
Residents will have access to gathering spaces, a beauty salon and nail spa, and on-site therapy and rehabilitation.
The project team comprises Studio Architects (architect; Atlanta) and Faulkner Design Group (interior design; Dallas).
Arbor Terrace Montgomery is slated for completion in 2025.
