Boyne Care Holdings (Carman, Manitoba, Canada), a nonprofit organization providing long-term care services for seniors, plans to start construction this spring on a new assisted living building at Boyne Lodge Personal Care Home in Carman, according to pembinavalleyonline.com.

Boyne Lodge is a long-term care community that offers 79 units in a small house model. The Boyne Assisted Living addition is part of a plan to establish a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) campus.

The project comprises a 3-story addition housing 40 one-bedroom suites and 10 two-bedroom suites. Private and common balcony spaces and a main-floor patio are also part of the design, along with recreational and multipurpose spaces on each floor.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2027.
