Boutique Assisted Living, Memory Care Project Set For Tennessee

Operator Solvere Living (St. Petersburg, Fla.) is developing a new assisted living and memory care community in Chattanooga, Tenn., according to an article in chattanoogan.com.

Rockbridge Oaks will include 62 private studios and one- and two-bedroom units in a two-story building. It’s scheduled to open in late summer.

The community will include outdoor green and recreation spaces such as a pavilion, outdoor barbecue grill, and outdoor dining areas. Walking trails, lawn games, and a community fire pit are also planned.

The project team comprises Morgan Construction Company Inc. (general contractor; Chattanooga) and Bridgeforth Capital (developer; Denver).
