Developer and property manager Bonaventure (Alexandria, Va.) is building a luxury senior living community in Alexandria.
The six-story, 133-unit community will include studio and one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will comprise a 24-hour fitness center, club lounge, business center, media room, community garden, gazebo, and underground parking.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2023.
