The Bethany Village senior living community in Horseheads, N.Y., is expanding its Orchard Homes independent living neighborhood, according to the website weny.com.
The $9.5 million project will add 24 duplexes with energy-efficient features.
The expansion is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.
