Beth Sholom Village Opens Aviva Pembroke Senior Living Community In Virginia Beach, Virginia

The 153-unit community houses independent living, assisted living, and memory care as well as a pool, fitness center, putting greens, and pickleball courts.

Senior healthcare and housing provider Beth Sholom Village (Virginia Beach, Va.) and developer Pembroke Realty Group (Virginia Beach) opened Aviva Pembroke, a senior living community in Virginia Beach, according to a news release from Kahler Slater (Milwaukee), the architect and designer on the project.

The 153-unit community houses 121 independent living units, 20 assisted living units, and 12 memory care units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, bistro, community room, and meditation and prayer room. Outdoor amenities include pickleball courts, putting greens, and firepits.

The project team also comprises Kepley Architecture (Roanoke, Va.), S.B. Ballard Construction Company (general contractor; Virginia Beach), and Solution 65 (procurement; Roanoke, Va.).
