Community First Solutions (Hamilton, Ohio) is nearing completion on a $12 million expansion to Berkeley Square, a 55+ continuing care retirement community in Hamilton, according to the Journal-News.
The project adds 12 independent living, single-story duplexes to the community’s Serenity Drive and Centennial Drive neighborhoods.
Berkeley Square also offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing and long-term care options.
