Nonprofit independent healthcare provider Benefis Health System (Great Falls, Mont.) has started construction on Sanavita Estates, a new senior living community, in Great Falls, according to krtv.com.
The 55+ independent living community will house 92 total units, including 28 freestanding villas and a 3-story, 64-unit apartment building, on a 42-acre site that is part of the Great Falls Medical District Master Plan, near Benefis Health’s main campus. Amenities will include a wine bar, coffee lounge, wellness areas with fitness equipment, a sauna and spa, as well as green space and an outdoor kitchen.
Cushing Terrell (Billings, Mont.) serves as the designer, architect and engineer for the project.
Construction will be done in phases, with some villas ready for residents by Spring 2026 and the apartment building scheduled for completion in 2027.
