Operator Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) is planning to build a new community, Benchmark at Mount Pleasant, in Mount Pleasant, N.Y., according to the website benzinga.com.
The community will offer 74 assisted living units and 26 memory care units and is expected to be open in spring 2024.
The project team includes developer and investor Shelbourne Healthcare Development Group LLC (Wayne, Pa).
The addition will be Benchmark’s third senior living community in New York.
