Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) and National Development, a Newton, Mass.-based real estate investment and development firm, have partnered to acquire The Village at White River Junction in White River Junction, Vt., according to a news release.
The acquisition grows Benchmark’s senior living portfolio in the Northeast to 70 communities.
The Village at White River Junction houses 80 assisted living and memory care units as well as a variety of amenity spaces including a live performance venue, art gallery and studio, movie theater, multiple dining venues, community kitchens, a salon and spa, and fitness center.
