Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) has completed an expansion of Benchmark at Rye in Rye, N.H., according to a news release.
The 60,000-square-foot project adds 70 assisted living units in a 2-story building that also includes a dining room, bistro, fitness center, salon, and wellness and therapy spaces.
The new building is adjacent to the community’s Mind & Memory Care neighborhood, which houses 40 apartments.
