Belmont Village Senior Living Plans Mixed-use Community In South Florida

Belmont Village Senior Living is planning a 1.41-acre mixed-use project in Coral Gables, Fla., according to Real Estate News.

The 350,000-square-foot project will feature eight floors of 232 residential units above a three-floor garage space and retail on the first floor. The units will range from a 400-square-foot studio with one bathroom to a 1,200-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

The project co-developer is Baptist Health (Coral Gables). Construction on the 12-story building is expected to start in late 2020.
