Developer, owner, and operator Belmont Village Senior Living (Albany, Calif.) celebrated the topping out of Belmont Village San Ramon, in San Ramon, Calif., according to the website businesswire.com.
The six-story, 175,320 square-foot senior living community is located in the Bishop Ranch mixed-use development and will include 177 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
The units will be offered in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Amenity spaces will include multiple dining venues, a fitness center, screening room, art studio, library, salon, and sports lounge.
Al fresco dining, a heated swimming pool, bocce ball and putting green, farm-to-table garden, yoga lawn, rooftop terraces, and dog park will also be offered to residents.
The community, scheduled to open in late 2024, is being developed in partnership with investment firm Harrison Street Real Estate (San Francisco).
The project team includes HKIT Architects (architect; Oakland, Calif.), Belmont Village Senior Living (interior design; Houston), and WE O’Neil Construction (general contractor).
