Under a public-private partnership, Belmont Village Senior Living and Union School District (USD; San Jose, Calif.) opened Belmont Village Senior Living Los Gatos in Los Gatos, Calif., according to an article in Business Wire.
The assisted living and memory care community was built on school district property to promote intergenerational connectivity between residents and USD’s staff and students.
The community features a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include a full-service restaurant, fitness center, outdoor fireplace and dog park, fitness studio, screening room, arts and crafts studio, sports lounge, lobby concierge, and personal wine storage.
