Senior housing developer, owner, and operator Belmont Village Senior Living (Houston) opened Belmont Village San Ramon, an independent living, and memory care community in the Bishop Ranch neighborhood of San Ramon, Calif., according to a news release.
The community houses 177 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with studio, one-, and two-bedroom options.
Amenities include a fitness center, movie screening room, sports lounge, creative arts studio, library, and salon. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, bocce ball and putting greens, a farm-to-table garden, yoga lawn, rooftop terraces, and dog park.
