Belmont Village Senior Living (Houston) plans to begin construction this year on Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
Within the gated community of The Lakes, the new senior community will house 185 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Fifteen of the units will be freestanding cottages, according to the Rancho Santa Fe Review.
Amenity spaces will include a wine room, fitness center, massage room, movie theater, salon, and sports lounge. Outdoor amenities will comprise a rooftop terrace, shuffleboard court, and outdoor pool.
