Aviva Pembroke Breaks Ground In Virginia

Beth Sholom Village and Pembroke Square Associates are partnering on the independent living, assisted living, and memory care community.

Beth Sholom Village (Virginia Beach, Va.) and developer Pembroke Square Associates (Virginia Beach) broke ground on Aviva Pembroke in Virginia Beach, according to the website wavy.com.

The senior living community will include 121 independent living units, 20 assisted living units, and 12 memory care units with a variety of layouts, including one-, two, and three-bedroom options. Units will feature a terrace, walk-in closets, and appliances.

Residents will have access to a rooftop bar, indoor fitness center, and indoor pool.
