Situated on 5 acres, the project includes 138 residential units, which feature stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, designer lighting, luxury vinyl tile and plush carpet flooring, and tile backsplashes.
In addition, the three-story community houses 20,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity space. The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse comprises a media and game lounge, creative arts studio, great room with bistro, and fitness studio.
Exterior amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and deck, grilling stations with dining areas, fire pit with lounge seating, yoga lawn, pickleball court and game lawn, raised community gardens and pet park. The site also offers private garages, carports, and electric vehicle charging stations.
