Developer Avenida Partners (Newport Beach, Calif.) is planning an active senior community for residents aged 62+ in Naperville, Ill., according to an article in Connect Chicago.
The 146-unit Avenida Naperville will be spread across six two- and three-story, wood-frame buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse with a bistro, fitness center, yoga studio, theater, library, private dining, arts studio, swimming pool and spa, and outdoor dining areas.
The project team includes McShane Construction Company (construction; Rosemont, Ill.) and Meeks + Partners (designer; Houston).
