Construction has started on Avanti Legacy Rosewood Apartments, a new affordable senior living community in Laredo, Texas.
The $24 million community on 7 acres will comprise 86 residential units and is expected to open by late 2025, according to kgns.tv.
The project is a partnership with the City of Laredo and developer Madhouse Development (Austin, Texas).
