Avail Senior Living and Memory Care Center broke ground in Cleveland, Tenn., according to the Cleveland Daily Banner.
The $13.5 million project will be on approximately 6.5 acres and feature 52 senior care units, with an additional 20 units for memory care residents.
Neuhoff Taylor (Chattanooga, Tenn.) is the architect on the project and Morgan Construction (Chattanooga) is the contractor.
The project is tentatively scheduled to open in spring 2021.
