Operator Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.) will now manage 21 independent living communities owned by real estate investment trust New Senior Investment Group (New York, N.Y.). The communities are spread across nine states in the Northeast, Midwest, and Pacific Coast.
Atria will manage these new communities through its Atria Retirement brand.
