Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.) and developer Related (New York) are opening a new luxury senior living community in San Francisco, according to an article in sfist.com.
Housed in a former television station, Coterie Cathedral Hill will include 208 residential units.
Amenities will include on-site private medical care services, multiple pools, a library, spa, roof gardens, movie theater, salons, café, and cocktail lounge.
The project team includes Handel Architects (architect; San Francisco).
The community is slated to open in March 2022.
