Atria Senior Living added two new communities to the Denver area. Atria Englewood (Englewood, Colo.) and Atria Westminster (Westminster, Colo.) each offer 130 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
The six-story Atria Englewood has studio and one-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, movie theater, library, private dining room, bistro, salon, two outdoor terraces, and garage parking.
Situated on 3.5 acres, the five-story Atria Westminster provides studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. Features include a rooftop terrace, sky lounge, restaurants, private dining room, bistro, movie theater, salon, fitness center, garden, and library.
Both communities were designed by OZ Architecture (Denver) and built by CA Ventures (Chicago).
