Developer Housing Trust Group (Miami), in partnership with nonprofit AM Affordable Housing (Miami) opened Astoria on the 9th, an affordable senior living community, in Bradenton, Fla., according to abcactionnews.com.
The community houses 120 one- and two-bedroom units, as well as amenities such as a clubhouse, cybercafé, catering kitchen and bar, and fitness center. Resident programs include adult literacy training and assistance with daily living, such as grocery shopping, laundry, and housekeeping.
