Senior housing and healthcare services firm Ecumen (Bettendorf, Iowa) and Nelson Construction & Development (Des Moines, Iowa) are planning to open Quartet: A Senior Living Village next month in Bettendorf, according to an article in kwqc.com.
The assisted living and memory care community will offer floor plans ranging from 456 to 975 square feet with kitchenettes.
Residents will have access to a club room, lounge, living room, dining room, bistro, wellness center, theater, salon and barber shop, art studio, outdoor dining and patios, and walking paths.
