El Camino Real Assisted Living, a 105,568-square-foot community with 105 assisted living and memory care units, is underway in Carmel Valley, Calif., according to an article in Del Mar Times.
Developed by PMB Healthcare (San Diego), the three-story, 40-foot-tall community will feature Mediterranean-style architecture, including light-colored, adobe-like walls, dark wood details, and terracotta tile roofing.
Outdoor amenities will include a memory care garden, courtyard, spa, pool, and pet area.
