Lanewood Estates, a new 71-unit assisted living and memory care community, is being planned in Fridley, Minn., according to an article in ABC Newspapers.
Situated on a 2.2 acres, the community will feature a three-story, 71-unit assisted living facility. The first floor will have 25 units, a central kitchen, and a gathering space, which will include a library, chapel, and theater. The second floor will have 31 units, and the third floor will have 15 units.
