DMK Development Group, a senior living operations firm, and Trilogy Management Services, a management services provider, both in Louisville, Ky., are planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Winchester, Ky., according to The Winchester Sun.
The new community will feature 56 assisted living units and 25 memory care apartments in a mixture of studio and one- and two-bedroom suites. Amenities include a full-service bistro, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, and fitness center. Outside, the community will offer courtyards, a putting green, and gardens.
The project is slated to be complete by winter 2021.
