Assisted Living And Memory Care Community Planned For Florida Location

The three-story, 97,625-square-foot community is slated to open in February 2021.

Construction has begun in Palm Coast, Fla., on a joint project between Civitas Senior Living, a senior living owner/operator, property management, and consulting company based in Fort Worth, Texas, and Experience Senior Living Development, a Denver-based real estate development company.

The three-story, 97,625-square-foot community, called The Azure of Palm Coast, will feature 81 assisted living apartments and 31 memory care suites. It will offer studio and one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments, as well as private memory care residences.

Amenities include a full-service salon, sky bar with balcony, creative arts studio, theater, bocce ball court, and chef-prepared dining options.

The project design team members include Davis Wince Architects, Ltd. (architect; Powell, Ohio), Manhattan Construction (contractor; Naples, Fla.), and Senior by Design (interior designer, Fort Worth).

The project is slated for a February 2021 opening.
