Management and development firm Koelsch Communities (Northbrook, Ill.), in partnership with RJ Development (Olympia, Wash.), is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Bellevue, Wash.
Situated on 2.89 acres, the 142,000-square-foot Belle Harbour will offer 149 units, including 71 assisted living units and 78 memory care units.
The memory care community, The Inn at Belle Harbour, will feature a nostalgic ice cream shop and a garage displaying classic cars, while the assisted living community, The Park at Belle Harbour, will feature nautical themes in a nod to Bellevue’s maritime past. The two communities will be connected by sky bridges.
The project team includes JSK Design (designer; Olympia), Koelsch Construction (general contractor; Olympia), and Shearer Construction (Meadow Glade, Wash.). The $94 million project is slated for completion in spring 2022.
