A new assisted living and memory care community is under construction in Rancho Mission Viejo, Calif., according to an article in the Capistrano Dispatch.
The Orchards community will offer 58 assisted living units with amenities including a living room, media room, private dining room, fitness center, and intergenerational room. Outdoor amenities will include a courtyard, trellis, and bocce court.
A separate, secured memory care community, The Gardens, is also planned for residents with dementia.
The project is scheduled to open in October 2020.
