Aspendale (Centennial, Colo.), a newly launched active adult housing brand, is planning to open Aspendale Centennial, the brand’s flagship community this fall in Centennial, according to a news release.
The 203,653-square-foot, 60+ community will consist of 4-stories and 172 apartment homes with high ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, and modern finishes.
The project will include a 2-story clubhouse with 9,757 square feet of indoor amenity space, including a fitness room, art and activity areas, and gathering spaces.
Residents will also have access to a lap pool, spa, community garden and on-site parking. Each apartment home includes high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, modern finishes and layouts tailored for ease of living.
