Headwaters Group, a Denver-based real estate owner and developer, and active-adult housing brand Aspendale Communities (Denver) opened Aspendale Centennial, a new 55+ community in Centennial, Colo., according to a news release.
The community comprises a 4-story building housing 172 residential units in one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities include a 2-story clubhouse with fitness room, lap pool, and spa. Outdoor amenities include a community garden.
