Owner and operator Ascent Living Communities (ALC; Centennial, Colo.), has acquired Roaring Fork Senior Living in Glenwood Springs, Colo., according to website milehighcre.com.
ALC will serve as owner/operator of the property in partnership with Dillin Corp. (Springboro, Ohio), which co-developed the community in 2016.
The 78,120-square-foot Roaring Fork community houses 60 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
Amenities include a salon/day spa, 20-seat movie theater, library, chapel, activity rooms, tavern, open-air courtyards, walking paths, and trails.
