Artessa Development, an affiliate of Lifestyle Communities (Edina, Minn.), is planning Artessa Maple Grove at Rush Hollow, a 62+ senior living cooperative, in Maple Grove, Minn., according to the website ccxmedia.org.
The senior living community will comprise 80 co-op residences, including 74 apartment-style units and six detached villas.
Residences will have access to indoor amenities including a great room with entertainment kitchen, fitness and yoga studio, two guest suites, game and social room, fireside lounge, business center and conference room, library, creative studio, and hobby shop.
An al fresco entertainment area with gas fire feature and grilling stations, climate-controlled underground parking with a wash bay, and secure bike storage will comprise the outdoor amenities.
