Arden Rose Home Care and Senior Living broke ground on three new buildings that will offer assisted living and memory care units in a small house model in Lake in the Hills, Ill., according to an article in shawlocal.com.
The project will be broken into two phases with the first building scheduled for completion by November; the second and third buildings are slated for completion in spring 2023. Each building will have up to 16 residents, according to the article.
Amenities will include an on-site therapy room, outdoor patio, and a bike path.
