Arden (Bethesda, Md.), a 55+ active adult living brand, plans to expand with four new communities in Huntersville, N.C., Indian Land, N.C., Matthews, N.C., and Mallard Creek, N.C.
Residential units will include stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled backsplashes, in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings, walk-in showers, and private patios or balconies on most floor plans.
The communities will feature more than 8,000 square feet of shared amenity space, such as a health and wellness room, fitness center with in-person and on-demand classes, outdoor grilling and dining areas, pickleball court, outdoor lounges, and on-site dog park.
Arden is also planning senior living communities in Raleigh, N.C, and in the South Carolina and Georgia markets.
