Dallas-based architecture firm Three has been hired for three new senior living projects.

The first is a $35 million redesign for Presbyterian Village North in Dallas, owned and operated by Dallas-based nonprofit Presbyterian Communities and Services. The project will add 112 independent living units and a 30,000-square-foot commons building.

In Greenville, S.C., Woodlands at Furman, an independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing community, is undertaking a $19 million expansion. The project includes 40 independent living units as well as renovations to the dining and bar areas. A new 13,000-square-foot space will house a salon, fitness center, and swimming pool.

The third project is La Secoya de El Castillo in Santa Fe, N.M., a 200,000-square-foot independent living community situated on 2.5 acres. The $41 million community will offer 68 one- and two-bedroom units, shared amenity spaces, and back-of-house areas for dining and resident care staff. The community will be located above a 55,000-square-foot underground garage for parking and storage. The community is owned and operated by El Castillo Retirement Residences.

All three projects are expected to be ready by 2021.
